    ??? The one-loop field-induced contributions into the general amplitude of the transition $j \to f \bar f \to j'$ are calculated in a constant uniform magnetic field and in a crossed field. The results obtained for arbitrary combinations of the scalar, pseudoscalar, vector and axial-vector interactions of currents with fermions could be widely used for analyses of various transitions in a magnetic and crossed fields, such as the decays $\nu \to \nu \gamma$ , $\nu \to \nu e^+ e^-$ , $a \to \nu \bar\nu$ , $a \to e^- e^+$ , the axion $\leftrightarrow$ photon oscillations and also the mass operators of scalar and pseudoscalar particles and the photon polarization operator in an external field.
