  • Abstract


    The Standard Glashow - Weinberg - Salam theory with lepton mixing is used to calculate the amplitude for the process $\nu_i \gamma^* \to \nu_j \gamma^*$ with virtual photons and massive neutrinos. The possible experimental observation of high-energy neutrino scattering in the Coulomb field of a nucleus with emission of a hard photon is discussed. The spectrum of secondary photons and the total scattering cross section in the leading log approximation are calculated.
